Who Should Attend?
2024WFFMM is a closed meeting for automotive museums around the world. Designated invitation pass code will be required at the time of ticket purchase (registration).

Flight Arrangement Tips
Before booking your flight, please refer to Schedule page of this website as well as following tips.

【Flight to Japan】
If you are participating 2024WFFMM from main conference program or Welcome Cocktail Reception, the closest airport to the venue is
Chubu Centrair International Airport (NGO).  In case you are joining pre-conference Optional Tour,
Tokyo (Narita International Airport (NRT) or Tokyo International (Haneda) Airport (HND)) would be the closest.

【Flight from Japan】
Closing of 2024WFFMM will be held in Fuji area, Shizuoka Prefecture, where Haneda Airport (HND) is the closest international airport.

Registration to 2024WFFMM
Registration period for Early Bird Registration is from Monday, 18th March to Tuesday, 30th April, and Regular Registration is from Wednesday, 1st May to Tuesday, 30th July. Since tickets are limited and sold first-come basis, every person who are hoping to attend 2024WFFMM are advised to finish registration as early as possible.

We are sorry we cannot accept any registration after above days because conference organizers must submit the number of attendees for the external events.

Cancellation Policy of 2024WFFMM
All tickets (registrations) are non- refundable for any reasons. Please double check ticket category and schedule before finalizing your registration.

Please note that your round trip to Aichi, Japan, accommodation, dinner on 29th-31st Oct. are not included in the registration ticket price.
For assistance on accommodation reservation, please refer to below “Conference Hotels.”

*If you’re planning to bring a guest/partner, please be sure to register that person under “Partner Registration (Early Bird / Regular)”.

Partner Registration (Early bird / Regular) Includes:
Conference attendees are welcome to bring a partner, or a guest, to some of the conference events except conference programs.  Partner registration can be done as same procedure as attendee registration.  Please be sure to do it under the partner’s /guest’s own name.

Registration Process
・Visit “Registration” of 2024WFFMM website. Read through this registration guide, then confirm privacy policy below by clicking on “Accept” button.

・Create your account (Entry of your email address and password.)
　　↓
・Choose your ticket category (“Regular Registration” or “Partner Registration”.)
　　↓
・Fill in Registration Form.
　　↓
・Complete payment with credit card.
　　↓
・Choose sessions you will attend at 2024WFFMM Schedule website to create ‘My Schedule’.
　　↓
・Finish creating My Schedule.

For Better Meeting Experience
When you completed your ticket purchase, please visit 2024WFFMM Schedule (Sched) to create My Schedule. My Schedule can be set by clicking on the radio button. By doing this, you will be able to print your own conference timetable and receive update of sessions you chose.

Conference Hotels
If you would like secretariat to reserve your accommodation for you, please chose ‘yes’ for accommodation questionnaire of registration form. Secretariat will contact you by e-mail when your ticket payment is completed.

About Optional Tours
I. WFFMM Japanese Auto Museums Tour (26th-29th October)
　This 4-day pre-meeting tour takes you to automotive museums by HONDA, NISSAN, and MAZDA along with popular tourist sights of each area.
　*This tour is a paid optional tour. Tour expense should be covered by the participants.
　*Minimum participants of this tour are 10 people.
　*Capacity of this tour is 30 people.
　To join this tour, please chose ‘yes’ for Auto Museums Tour questionnaire of registration form. Secretariat will contact you with tour detail by e-mail when your ticket payment is completed. Please note cancellation fee will be applied after Sunday, 6th October (JST).
　*The initial gathering point for this tour will be near Tokyo Sta. Tour participants are advised to book international flights arrive in/depart from Tokyo.

Tour fare includes;
　- Chartered bus
　- Admission fees
　- Accommodation for nights of 26th, 27th and 28th October.
　- Daily Lunch
　- Tour attendant

*Accommodation on 25th Oct. and daily dinner are not included.
*Accommodation arrangement for 25th Oct. can be assisted by the secretariat.

II. Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology Optional Tour (29th Oct.) SOLD OUT
　A half-day tour to explore and experience the history of “making things” and “creativity and research”. This tour starts in the afternoon, so those who joined above 4-day tour can participate after arriving Nagoya.
　*This tour is a paid optional tour. Admission fee of JPY1,000 should be covered by the participants.
　*The admission fee (JPY1,000) will be corrected in cash, in the departing bus.
　*Capacity of this tour is 30 people.
